You will need the Access Point Name(APN) settings for your network unlocked iPhone, or Android smartphone to connect and use the internet. Make sure that you are within coverage areas in Mexico with an active data plan from Telcel in order to use internet.
Telcel Internet APN Data Settings for network unlocked iPhone
Please go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network then enter the information below into the iPhone.

You can also reset your iPhone network settings if needed by going to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network > Reset Settings
Telcel Internet APN Data Settings for network unlocked Samsung & Android Smartphones
For Samsung and Android Smartphones go to Settings > Mobile Data > Access Point Name > Add New then enter the APN data settings into the phone. (Please note that some Android devices might be slightly different where they have the APN settings located, but they are generally under the Wireless Networks settings.)

Once you have finished entering the APN internet settings into your iPhone or Android smartphones, it would be best to restart the device to make sure the data settings are applied.
